UPGRADE DISASTER

Well, do you recall my last post, when I told you that I was going to upgrade my CPU and motherboard?

It did not went well.

My desktop PC (now I'm writing from my laptop) didn't boot anymore. At times it was stuck at the Windows 10 loading screen, other times it didn't accept my peripherals, other times the GPU didn't spin, other times it tried to restore Windows but failed, other times it didn't even recognize my primary NVME SSD.

I thought I had fixed it formatting my SSD, but today it didn't turn on again.

I've tried it all (yes, the BIOS is updated, I've tried three different motherboards, two different CPUs etc.).
At this time, my guess is that my pretty old RAM have failed somehow.
I've bought new RAM, I'm waiting for them to fix this mess.

Even when I'll reinstall Windows 10 from the ground again, I'll need some days to reinstall my 400Gb 3D product library (don't worry, I always keep multiple backups of my stories and their related files, but I don't need to do that for the 3D product that I've purchased). That's because some files (along with the Manifests folder) were on that SSD.

For this reason, for the first time in 6 months of Patreon, I won't be able to publish anything this Monday.
I'm terribly sorry and quite upset for this reason.
I had already written this weeks pages and rendered some of them, and I think you would have appreciated them.

I really hope these new RAM sticks will fix the issue, and let me start the rebuilding.

PS: of course I'll try to produce more pages than usual before the end of October to make up for this. I'll surely complete Cash or Swap and start the new story.
