One of the first songs I wrote for this christmas album is this silly little song about this guy being stuck in space on a run down starship at Christmas time. I wrote it earlier in the morning (late at night?), and pretty much dreamed/improvised the lyrics on the spot. Its a great song, kind sad-sack, and funny, this guy stuck 600,000,000 miles from earth, by himself, at Christmas. Just him, his rusty spaceship, and his sad robot dog.
So I thought, "maybe we should make a whole space theamed Christmas album!" ...and I did up the album cover above.
Kristina, however, thought this was a TERRIBLE idea, and put her foot down. I think she's right, but I wanted to share this silliness that might have been. We almost had a space theme Christmas album!

Through Your Eyes on Christmas Eve and Dark Christmas already form the bulk of my holiday playlist, and have received many compliments over the years. Unfortunately, it seems that the link provided above only leads to the Indiegogo campaign, and doesn't have an option to order/pre-order the album now that the campaign is closed. Any chance of getting a fresh link for the purchase? I'm probably not the only one who wants to throw money at you. :)
