More heat :(

Dear everyone,

Unfortunately, like a few weeks ago, I once again have bad news to give. For the coming days, at least up till next wednesday, the temperatures here are once again reaching beyond warm here, and will even reach around 35c once more. The above picture is showing the actual prediction for my local temperatures in the coming days. Needless to say we will once again be going through a heatwave, and given that the Netherlands are also suffering through a water shortage, this means that the next couple of days are going to be quite rough.

As a result, I have decided that as long as the heat keeps on, I will not be making any 3D art. This is to keep the apartment as cool as possible for as long as possible. Unfortunately, houses in europe aren't really build against the heat that we're currently experiencing, and airconditioning is not a standard thing. This all makes this summer quite unpleasant, so I will be trying to keep as cool as possible, by eliminating most of the heat I can.

I would like to apologize, and I am also quite sad that we are currently experiencing this weather. I felt like I was on a roll after the last picture I had done, and to have to pause it is quite saddening. As soon as it cools down, or if the mornings are particularly cool, I will see if I can do some of my renders during the morning or overnight, so that I can vent the heat out in the morning. But for now, things will be on hold until things cool down.

As you've seen, I have continued the polls for the Patreon render for now. I plan to obviously still create it as I normally would have, even if it means that I'd have to make it later than normal, and create it in September. For now however, I hope that things will cool down before then!

I hope you can understand my decision. My apologies to everyone who is waiting for art. I hope to continue as soon as I can!
