YBS Main (Discord) where we run YBS is developing it's community Houses which we use to democratically run YBS.
Squires and Knights become members of the YBS House of Commons. This is the lower house which serves as our primary legislative house where we decide on everything from what we post, how things look, votes on local policy changes and other matters for the studio. Many design drafts and choices will be offered for vote.
This Studio has many sites in it's network and we want to work together to keep our community happy and whole. We depend on the votes of our House Members to tell us which direction to go.
Lords and Nobles get access to the YBS House of Lords. This is the upper house for YBS leadership where we decide on the most important aspects of the Studio. Studio policy changes, how we spend the money you guys so generously donate to us, and other serious matters such as, (and we don't like doing it) bans, disciplinary actions. This House checks the Lower House, and is where we discuss the more serious points of YBS, it's incorporated sites, sister sites, and our over all development and sustainability.
YBS was founded to consolidate community artwork, and bring together a network of common minded sites so we can enjoy each others communities and stay friends together.
Sharing resources and working together to better all our sites.
If you become a patreon you automatically get House Membership. You gain the right to have a say in how YBS runs, and your vote is equal to everyone else's.
Alternatively you can earn House membership by becoming a Staff Member. Just inquire with a Admin to join YBS as a Staff Member. We're always looking for willing helpers, no experience required.
