What, two parts in one day?
Nope, you're not seeing things, just wanted to post as I feel like I've been a little MIA lately, so I wanted to say this as an apology.
Hope you all enjoy!

Belches echoed through the 9th floor as furs stuffed themselves during the “breakfast rush”. It was 10 am but almost everyone was still eating as breakfast usually lasted from 8-10:30. Cass had usually scoffed at this and put her headphones on to drown the munching out, but now she happily partook in the eating, stuffing her face with a plethora of fast-food items.
If her trip to the gym two months ago was supposed to be a wakeup call, the bird had simply hit snooze and never looked back. Her weight and appetite had only grown with each passing day, taking her from plumper to full-fledged fatty who sat on her swelling rear each day, doing all she could to add to it’s size and mass.
“Burp, these, urp, sausage rolls are tasty, but, belch, they need more cheese I think”, she said, as she stuffed another bite into her waiting beak. Droplets of ketchup and mayo dripped onto her shirt, joining the other food stains that had accumulated from her two times wearing the shirt.
A loud ding passed through her computer speakers, making her pause from her gluttony momentarily. She glanced back towards her computer, seeing an email from the copy center that the reports she had spell checked were being printed up and given to the higher ups for their Zoom call that afternoon. She stuffed the last of the roll into her mouth, and breathed a sigh of relief.
“Hopefully, that, chomp, means I can get, urp, outta here at a decent time tonight. I, burp, really don’t want to be stuck looking through more reports at 7pm.”
Cass thought back to all the latest late nights she had been putting in, usually working from 8:30 in the morning until 8 at night. Sure, it meant a lot more money (double time once a person hit 10 hours for the day), and free dinner (and she really didn’t mind the sandwich shop they tended to order from), but it was playing havoc with everything else. Getting home that late meant she usually didn’t have time to do much but get in, make a snack, watch some TV and then go to bed. Hell, sometimes she didn’t even want to watch TV, she just grabbed a snack and went to bed.
On the nights she did get home at a somewhat reasonable time, the bloated fur would either order take out or heat up one of the numerous frozen meals her company made that she ordered from the supermarket (she had no time to go to the store, so she just had everything delivered). Those meals were complete and utter calorie bombs, with the “healthiest” ones usually containing a minimum of 1800 calories, and most having well over 4000. Cass didn’t even bother looking at the nutritional facts, she was just so hungry and eager to relax that she just popped them in the oven or microwave, set the timer, then devoured them once they were ready.
She had never been one to stick to much of a routine, even with working out she liked to change things up every few weeks or so, but now, as an employee of Gluttco, she was settling into a completely gluttonous and unhealthy routine, one that had seen her blimp up to over 300 pounds.
Now, as she finished yet another sausage roll, and, knowing that her night would probably be relatively easy, Cass didn’t think of going to the gym, nor did she think of maybe going food shopping, or to the laundromat, or even to say go see a movie. No, she only had one thought on her mind.
“I wonder if those frozen pizzas come with pineapple and ham?”
