Hey everyone. Here is the next part of the sequence. Hope you enjoy it.
Thanks.

The sun shone down on the quaint little park just on the edges of the town. The weather was warm but there was a nice breeze that would pass by every so often, keeping the residents cool and not needing air conditioners. The furs were grateful as it meant that spring was upon them and that meant summer was not too far behind.
Cassie was seated at one of the benches, nibbling on her second protein bar since arriving fifteen minutes ago. She was all anxious and ready to get started, having not worked out in ages. She was sweaty; both from the anticipation and from the weather. She took a few deep breathes, trying to compose herself, but she found she could not catch her breath.
“Damn altitude. Always, pant, chew, gets me.”
The bunny tried to ignore the discomfort in her lungs and throat and looked around to see if Annette or her niece Tanya had arrived yet. Seeing that they had not, Cassie gave a chuckle. They had told her they’d be at the park by 9 am, but it was now 9:10 and neither were anywhere to be seen. She naturally assumed that she had been stood up, or, and probably much more likely, Annette had told the younger giraffe about just how fit she was and Tanya got nervous and decided not to come.
“It happens all the, pant, wheeze, time. Not, gasp, many people can keep up with my fitness level. It, gasp, takes, wheeze, years to build this up”, she said out loud to no one in particular.
Just as she was about to keep gloating about how amazing she was, she heard a car pull up. Turning her frame, she saw that it was Annette in her convertible, a much smaller giraffe in the passenger seat. Cassie did not even need to see the woman get out of the car, she could already tell that any thoughts of this fur being a roly-poly were going out the window. Her arms were sleek and sculpted with muscles, leading to shoulders that were defined and broad enough to show that she wasn’t just a skinny girl who ran, this was a woman who exercised properly.
As Tanya stepped out of the car, Cassie noted that she was wearing a shirt for the “Screamin Marine” Run, which was essentially a more hardcore version of the race Cassie had run. She actually gulped when she saw Tanya remove her light hooded sweat shirt, seeing the muscles of a well defined abdomen flex with each step she took. It made Cassie realize that she probably shouldn’t have eaten before coming; this girl was ready to work.
Still, the rabbit was not deterred. Sure, she had maybe slacked a little on her workouts, but she was still in tip top shape. She’d put this giraffe through some of her old exercises and see where she stood. She was confident that at the worst, Annette would work out with them and would be out of breath, making this day off not a total loss.
“Hey Cassie. Sorry we’re late, I had to stop to get gas on the way over.”
Annette put a bag on the bench next to Cassie and smiled.
“Those are the leftover biscotti and zeppolies from last night. You didn’t get a chance to take them home so I figured I’d bring them here for you.”
Cassie was about to reach for one but then glanced over at Tanya and thought better. She knew she needed her strength, but she did not want to look like a lard ass out here.
“Thanks boss. I take it this lean giraffe here is your niece, Tanya?”
Cassie maneuvered her bulk off the bench and did her best not to grunt, feeling the air hit her lungs and letting her be a bit out of breath. A creak was heard, though no one could be sure if it was from her knees or the bench. She extended her hand, her flabby bicep wobbling as she did so.
“Nice to meet you. My aunt says you were a personal trainer?”
“I mean, I guess you can say “was”, I still like to think I am one, even if I’m waiting for them to call me back to give me my job. Not that I don’t like working with your aunt, it’s just I’m a trainer and my place is in the gym, know what I’m saying?”
Tanya laughed, not knowing if this was meant to be a joke or a real statement. She saw her aunt behind the blimped out rabbit shaking her head, and she realized this was not a joke.
“Ah. I hear that. I’m always in the gym. It’s why I think I’d be a good trainer. Though I’ll admit I don’t really have any good workout tips, I just run and do push ups and sit ups. That’s it.”
Tanya had been informed by her aunt to just go with the flow today; she was let in on the joke and while she truly did not understand it, she decided to play along, especially when her aunt Annette told her she had a new Apple watch waiting for her when it was over.
“Well, you’ve come to the right place then. You have to include some squats in there too. I used to do about 500 freestyle squats a day, plus squatted about 1000 lbs in my prime. Enough of that though, let’s get warmed up a bit and get this workout going. You coming too, Annette?”
Annette smiled.
“Oh, I wouldn’t miss this for the world. Let’s go!”
They followed as Cassie walked slowly to the middle of the run path and began rolling her shoulders back. Doing this caused the already strained and undersized shirt to ride up even more, her flabby, hairy stomach bunching up into several rolls as she did. She paid this no mind and then tried going side to side, letting her breasts wobble to and fro, unincumbered by a lack of sports bra.
“That, whew, was a good warm up. Now, let’s, pant, stretch out the backs of our legs.”
Cassie proceeded to try and bend at the waist as much as she could, her breasts and stomach completely engulfing most of her thighs as she attempted to lean forward. She barely moved at all, the sudden movement and amount of weight going in one direction causing her to get lightheaded immediately. She stopped her stretching and stood up, panting. After a moment, she did it again, though she got lightheaded even quicker than before and rose up way too fast for her comfort.
“Are you alright, Cassie?”
Tanya was genuinely concerned by this. She knew the big girl clearly had not been keeping up with her cardiovascular work and in this heat and with the altitude, it could legitimately get dangerous. As much as she wanted that Apple watch, she wasn’t going to let this person get hurt for real.
“I’m, gasp, ok. I, just, whew, need a second. The air, I, I still haven’t gotten used to it.”
She stood up for a few more minutes, letting her lungs fill back up with precious air. She hated this town and it’s thin atmosphere, it was why she was always out of breath doing even the most mundane things. She did not know how the obese furs here did it if she, a fit rabbit, barely could.
“I’m alright. Let’s, let’s do a light jog first, then we’ll do some ab work and some plank. It’ll help tighten everything up and if there’s time after, I can show you a good workout that will tone your butt in no time.”
She turned to start jogging, which in reality was just a slightly modified version of a waddle. Her thick thighs crashed together and her rear bounced up and down with each short step she took. Her shorts were strained to the limit and Annette, being awfully devilish, couldn’t help but make a brief video as she stayed in the back, watching the rabbit waddle around with next to no energy whatsoever. As they moved, Cassie told Tanya, who was jogging next to her, all about her past accolades and things she could do.
The video was cut short however, as after only one and a half laps, Cassie could barely waddle anymore. She was gasping for air and felt like she would pass out at any moment. Annette quickly put her phone away and watched as Cassie struggled back to the bench she had been sitting at when they had showed up. She collapsed in a heap, her body quivering as she tried to regain her composure.
“Hey, uh, Cassie. We can stop for today. Really, it’s no big deal. Just tell me what kind of exercises you do and I’ll just look them up. Honestly. This air is bad today and I’m not feeling it either.”
The obese rabbit looked up to see that Tanya was sweating too, unaware that it had just been water from the water bottle she had been carrying. She knew the rabbit was in such fierce denial that she wouldn’t stop unless someone else quit first, so she decided she would before things went too far. If her aunt wasn’t happy, so be it. She wasn’t here to kill anyone.
“You sure, Tan? I know we can do at least one more lap before this is over. I’ll bet Cassie just needs a little something in her stomach, then she’ll be good as new, right Cass?”
“Gasp, that, wheeze, might be true another day, but, pant, not today. It’s too hot out here and the air is too thin. I would say you guys should call it a day too, don’t, gasp, want to get hurt!”
Annette was about to protest, but Tanya stopped her.
“No, I’m done aunt Annette. I agree with Cassie, it’s too hot out here and we should call it a day. We can do this another time if you want, is that ok Cassie?”
In the short time since the two giraffes had turned away, Cassie had already gone in the bag of leftovers and started eating the biscotti. She paused from her gluttony and turned back to the duo she was supposed to be leading on some intensive exercises, smiling sheepishly.
“Su-sure. That, chew, sounds great. I’ll just get my, munch, blood sugar levels back up and we can go at this another time! I’ll be ready!”
She went to stand but Tanya stopped her and shook her hand while she was seated. Annette leaned down and hugged her employee, a shit eating grin on her face as she passed the rabbit’s eyes.
“Thanks for the help today Cass. If you want to stop by later, I’ll make a nice black chocolate carrot cake, just for you as a thank you for the tips. Sound good?”
Cassie’s stomach grumbled and her mouth instinctively watered as she heard this. Those black chocolate carrot cakes were delicious (and decadent) and there was no way she could say no. Even if it meant having to walk back out in this weather.
“I’ll be there. You ladies have fun.”
The two fitter giraffes turned and began making their way back to the car. The moment they were out of the rabbits hearing range, Annette turned to her niece, disappointed.
“I barely got to record any footage of her waddling around. Why couldn’t you just do one more lap with her?”
“Because that rabbit is morbidly obese and if she did another lap we would need to send her to the emergency room”, Tanya replied as she latched her seatbelt shut. “I don’t know who your friend is that wants all this stuff, but that woman is already what, 400 pounds? How big does she need to be for it to be enough?”
“Tan, that rabbit has mocked, ridiculed and treated people like absolute shit for years. One woman even went to the hospital because Cassie back there mocked her non-stop about her weight. She’s getting a taste of her own medicine and deserves every bit of it.”
Tanya looked back to see that Cassie was still stuffing her face, a look of pure contentment on her rotund face.
“I get that, but still, she might have died if she kept walking. She’s out of shape.”
“She can handle it. I know rabbits much smaller than her who can’t walk. Trust me, Cassie can gain another three hundred pounds and still move around just fine” she replied as she drove past the park and past the Apple store.
“I guess no Apple watch, huh.”
Annette grinned.
“If things keep going well, you come back and help Cassie try to walk around this park when she’s bigger. Then we'll get you that watch.”
Tanya just sighed and let her aunt drive them back to her apartment a few towns over. She knew there was no point arguing, once her aunt set her mind to something, there was no stopping her. She just hoped it wouldn’t mean the poor rabbit would become immobile.
