Mall Comic Sketch 3

Hey everyone. Here is the third part of the sketch comic. I figured I'd add another image in this week since there was no growth in the first two. From now on it'll only be one image a week. Hope you enjoy this.

Gina lazily reached over to the box of donuts on the desk and grabbed one. It didn’t matter which flavor it was, things were so monotonous that things were blending into one another, from one day to the next. She couldn’t even tell you how many donuts she had already eaten on her shift, and it was only 10 am.

“This, chomp, is so boring”.

Gina had been on the job for just over 8 months and in that time had learned two important things. One, most shop owners were very friendly and gave out free stuff, especially when it came to food. The other was that nothing at all happened. NOTHING. There had not been a break in, a burglary, a shoplifter, hell not even an accident since she had started working there. Her days were so bleak and boring that she really felt like she was going mad.

She shifted in her desk chair, glancing over at the monitors, seeing that again, things were a-ok. She sighed and just plopped the rest of the donut, which was a sugar glaze, into her mouth. It tasted good and she grabbed her coffee to wash it down. The woman at Dunkin had given her what was now deemed a usual, large coffee, extra cream, extra sugar and a shot of hazelnut sweetener. It had started as a mistake but since she had been getting them for free, Gina never bothered to correct the staff when they made it for her this way. Eventually, she got used to the concoction and found it to be quite refreshing.

The same was true for the donuts that were sitting next to her. She had not been a donut consumer prior to joining “the force” but they were always around whenever she got to the back room. They were in the locker room, they were in the break room, they were on the monitor desk, and her boss always had them in his office. They were always around and eventually Gina would grab one whenever she was hungry (or bored). It wasn’t much, maybe a donut one shift, a donut a shift or two later. But eventually, as time went on, Gina unknowingly found herself grabbing them during each shift. Then two at each shift. Then three. Without warning there was half a dozen coming with her morning coffee whenever she made it to the back. She always planned on putting them out in the public, but more often then not the six donuts found their way down her gullet.

This, along with the lack of exercise, and the free food from other vendors and the lack of real clothing that would indicate otherwise, had allowed Gina to put on a remarkable 130 pounds, more than doubling her weight. Unless she was out on a walking shift (which was only once a day), Gina was getting NO exercise at all and consuming thousands upon thousands of calories (her morning coffee alone was 600 calories, and depending on the day, she usually had at least 3), so her growth, while massive, was not shocking.

As she sat there, her much larger rear pressing into the back of the chair and her hips spreading out wide enough to rub against the arm rests, the obese deer groaned again to herself.

“Hopefully the boss lets me out a little early for lunch, I need a refill on the coffee, and hopefully Stephanie is working at Sbarro’s, I could go for some pizza too”, she muttered to herself before reaching for the last donut in the box.
