Tier Updates
Added 2020-08-05 20:11:52 +0000 UTCSo, now that this has been running for a couple of months, we've been able to see what the numbers are like in each of the tiers. What we didn't expect was Airship selling out so quickly. We also didn't expect there to be so few Party Balloons. Talking to some of you directly, what we've learned is that a lot of the people who are supporting us on the Airship tier are doing so to get access to videos, and the offering on the Party Balloon tier isn't enough to justify the cost; therefore, it's probably a good idea to adjust the tiers slightly.
First off, all of you lovely patrons will get access to gallery updates every week. This includes the Party Balloon tier who previously only got one or two images a week.
Second, Weather Balloons will now get access to the video content.
Third, Airships will get access to videos (as they do right now) and receive a full colour glossy print every month. We're currently looking at acquiring a professional photo printer; therefore, the first month or so we'll probably have to order the prints from an external company. Airships will no longer be entitled to live events, but we will be sending prints to everyone who has supported us on this tier so far: one print for every paid-up month.
Finally, we will create a new top tier for live events and personalised videos thanking patrons. We're not sure what to call this yet because I can't think of anything inflatable that's bigger than an airship. In lieu of actual live events which we can't hold right now due to COVID-19, we will look into what we can do with Twitch or Zoom so that you can still interact with the characters.
