You either make movies or talk about movies, you don’t do both. Hearing QT on JRE changed my whole perspective on my career. Not only did I realize through listening to this podcast that film analysis makes you a better filmmaker but I also realized from gala if you want to be a great filmmaker, you should probably focus all your attention every single day on MOVIES and nothing else.
