Hello everyone!
Let's take a look at the progress from this week and last week!

First and foremost, please understand that my creation of Helltaker fan comics is not only a hobby but also a promotional activity to attract new project supporters. This time, I prepared two stories (originally planned for one) even though I've drawn fewer pages. All the comic work for this week has already been completed, and it will be publicly available soon. Just like before, I plan to have a YouTube version, and it will be released to Inferno-level tier supporters as soon as it's ready. Stay tuned!
As mentioned in the previous post, due to the recent revision of Unity's terms, many Unity users have decided to discontinue their usage. Of course, this issue also affects our project, so we needed to consider our future course of action. The conclusion is that we will continue development with Unity as planned. More details are available in a separate post, so please give that a read.
During the comic work for this project, while drawing Judgment, I realized something.

Her design has many intricate components, and it incurs an incredibly high cost in terms of artwork! The thought of animating this is daunting. One possible solution to this problem is the use of 3D models. Since our project primarily involves 2D graphics, we can't use 3D models directly. However, the 3D software Blender allows for outline rendering, which should be a significant help to the project.
In fact, the office scene in the reposted comic of Pandemonica was created using this feature in Blender. Full-fledged learning of Blender will come after the alpha version release, so it's still a future topic, but the choice of not using it has become less viable with this realization.
That's all today.
Have a nice day!
