[RELEASE] Cerrina Race Track v.0.2

Relatively simple, it has a nice curvy layout that it's perfect for kart races but if you are skilled enough could be used for drift too.
It has most of the CSP features: RainFX, GrassFX, better shaders, custom captured asphalt textures (with my drone), a race display, race start lights and a car animation.
