I am a fan of Seventeen since predebut. It's because I was a Pledis stan and I loved After School/ Orange Caramel. The male trainees were supposed to debut in two groups - Including NU'EST and TEMPEST in the same year but decided to go and debut NU'EST only. Since then, trainees come and go and they had this livestream called 17TV. Their streams weren't on Youtube back then, so I had to use my little knowledge of the Korean language to search for the livestreams on AfreecaTV every week. There the boys' names were hidden because they were unsure if some of them will make it as the final line up or not) so I watched all of them without knowing their names but fell for their goofy personalities and hard work. I am around the same age so they really motivated me to do well back then when I was still in school :)) Rewatching this series with you guys will bring back all the memories for us Carats!

Honestly speaking, with their success now, there is a lot of comment saying that, 8th year idols, of course with their experience they getting the succes they got now. But truthfully, you gonna see how they build their SVT universe from debut. How they have been preparing for those success moment. The series will be showcasing on how broke their agency was and how they really involved in behind the scene to make it work. They have been tested just to prove they are worth of debut and how hard is it for them. At this era, debut was their last hope as the company was in verge of failing. This is their origin story, the one that shape them. Predebut SEVENTEEN is no fun, serious, cold and hard on themselves. The SEVENTEEN cheery fun and entertaining you see now is a byproduct of the harshness they face before. I am glad it shape them the way they are now, with a hope they will continue to strive in positive way in the future too. Love, A Carat 🌕💍

2023-09-01 02:19:42 +0000 UTCLike that’s only the beginning honestly I cry when the members cry because it’s so heart breaking watching what they went through at at times the company was wayyyy to harsh and they were wrong quite a few times. Although, this show did help them so much for them today, the tough love helped them for their success! But so Glad yous are finally watching this. Enjoy!

Also yes I do feel it also made them prepared like now we see them dance so amazing at random plays like whether they know the choreo or not they have the confidence and all. Also I loved how they were being positive like, "it's okay we can get the rings back, we can work for it". Like wow! Excited to watch the rest with you guys! Even I haven't watched it all. I started like 3-4 days back and now I'm in ep5 hehe. Always wanted to watch Seventeen Project though so I'm glad I can now watch it thanks to you guys hehe.~ ^^ ---- Also stay safe guys! Take care.
