Thank you for reacting. I'm late to the listening parties but I have been watching the variety content. Anyways I wanted to help with some of the confusion with different members in certain albums. It all goes back to NCT's overall concept of being infinite & expandable. After learning about NCT we should assume that when members debut in U they eventually have to go into a unit either an existing one or form a new one but new units usually take time so I guess it's easier for them to just go into existing ones as it happened with Doyoung, Johnny, & Jungwoo being added to 127. 127 debuted with seven members added Doyoung & Johnny for their comeback, Jungwoo was added until 2018. It gets more complex with Winwin he was active in 127 from their debut in 2016-2018 or until Wavy's debut in 2019. Many still consider him part of 127 since SM never said he left the group officially, & Taeyong has stated to wait for him but it's been years so some have given up & don't consider him part of 127 anymore but till this day if you search up 127 like on Wikipedia & other sites they still include Winwin & say 127 is a 10 member unit so I guess it's up each Nctzen to follow your heart with that one. I could go onto a longer rant but let me stop here. I hope y'all enjoy their ballads when y'all watch the concerts then because I feel like NCT particularly 127 is heavy in R&B ballads as their b-sides.

When NCT 127 debuted with "Firetruck" they only had 7 members, there was no Johnny or Doyoung. Then with "Limitless", Johnny and Doyoung were added to the unit. Winwin was in NCt 127 since debut. Jungwoo hadn't joined NCT until 2018. He debuts with the NCT U song "Boss" and joins NCT 127 with their song "Regular". Then after "Simon Says", Winwin leaves to join WayV. That's how we get the current NCT 127 lineup we have today. "0 Mile" is very fun, but they used it a lot in variety shows and edits so I think I got tired of the song quickly. But it's very energetic for sure. "Sun & Moon" is a BEAUTIFUL song. VERY spacey and trancey which I also love. "Whiplash" is iconic, another hoe anthem song of NCT's, this is the song that birthed a lot of memes from Mark and Taeyong having to explain their lyrics in an interview. The Chain album was their first Japanese mini album and it's really good, "Chain" is definitely my favorite song from it though. Also, fun fact: the song "Come Back" on Chain is the japanese version, and 127 does it again in Korean for the Regular/Irregular album and then WayV ALSO does it in Chinese for their debut mini album! I'm not a big fan of "City 127" either, but YES "Replay 1:27 pm" is SO good, when they perform it live at the concert there's fun stuff with the lightsticks and its beautiful to see live. "Knock On" is a really gorgeous ballad, but understandable if you don't vibe as much. "No Longer" is a KILLER ballad especially live, I can't wait for you to see them perform it during the concert because it's amazing. In the Interlude, obviously each member spoke in a different language, but also Johnny read from an Edgar Allan Poe poem A Dream Within A Dream. That's a poem that features in NCT's lore and concept a lot because of the whole dream stuff. It's also the name of Ten's first solo station song and Johnny read it again in their 2021 Year Dream videos. "My Van" is so powerful, the instrumental is SO interesting and I love how personal the lyrics are. "Fly Away With Me" is very pretty, one of my favorites as well. This WAS a slower album, which I appreciated because NCT are frequently shaded for having noisy songs and people say they're not good singers, when this album perfectly portrayed all sides of them and they're strengths, BUT I get it if it didn't vibe with you. It's definitely my least favorite album compared to Neo Zone and Sticker! I can't WAIT for you guys to do the NCT 2018 Empathy album, but you don't have to worry about those songs appearing during the 2019 127 concert, the only song that would show up would be Touch and I don't remember if they ever did perform Touch for that concert.
