2022-01-19 20:06:47 +0000 UTCThe new magistrate has a condition, he can't recognize faces, that's why he memorizes people's characteristics like what he does to the clerk (looks pompous, pudgy hands etc). 'Why didn't the magistrate just tell him?', he couldn't, coz he didn't recognize the crown prince. The kissing scene, if you still remember, Chen mentioned about it in Knowing Brothers. It was so funny to see his reaction and others' responses.
