This is pretty much an idea. Nothing truly groundbreaking. MC (gigolo, or simply a guy good with women) is summoned, and asked by one of multiversal companies. Him and some others end up in a multiversal porn reality show. Their mission is simple - entertain, have sex and provide fun, but here it's also your life at risk, which 'improves overall ratings and make it more realistic'. Contestants may also cooperate, but also kill each other. Sometimes it may be someone who summons them, and gives them the mission or 'satisfy' them. Or they end up randomly in some reality, and work from there. There is no world they can't access, but it is completely random. Power system is simply - once you complete an objective/quest or lewd someone, you get to pick one from 3 random power choices from Superpowers Wiki at Rank 1 each time you complete a quest. Each additional 'reward' you may use to upgrade powers you have, combine them into one (so instead of two powers at rank 1, you have 1 at 2), or simply spend power to buy equipment, money or something similar. There is max of 6 power slots. This is pretty much multiversal jumping, and depends on what you want to write. It may as well be completely new worlds, or the fictional worlds we know.
