Shiori Novella stood by the window, her gloved fingers tracing the edge of the curtain, the city lights outside flickering like candle flames. Her jacket hung loosely off her shoulders, revealing the dark, lace-trimmed corset she wore underneath. She hadn’t planned to take it off… but she hadn’t planned to stay this long either.
On the bed behind her lay a thick, leather-bound book. No title. No markings. Just ancient paper and knowledge not meant for casual eyes. She had promised herself she wouldn’t open it, not tonight.
But he was curious.
He had asked questions. Careful ones. Respectful ones. The kind only someone who deserved answers would think to ask. And now, he sat at the edge of the bed, watching her in silence, his hands folded neatly, as if awaiting permission to step into a library that shouldn’t exist.
"You know," she said softly, without turning to face him,
"some stories were never written to be read. Only… felt."
A beat of silence. Then, the gentle creak of the mattress as she finally turned toward him. Her expression unreadable, somewhere between composed and dangerous.
She stepped closer, not quickly. No rush.
She simply moved with the weight of someone who had carried knowledge for centuries and was, for once, choosing to share a single page.
“If we do this,” she whispered, as she let the jacket fall,
“you don’t get to forget it later.”
The lights outside kept flickering.
The book remained closed.
But something was about to be opened, and it wasn’t for public archives...

いや、静かすぎると言ってもよかった。
窓際に立つシオリ・ノヴェラは、手袋をはめた指先でカーテンの端をなぞりながら、外に揺れる街の灯りを見つめていた。それはまるで、キャンドルのように瞬いていた。
肩から滑り落ちかけたジャケットの下には、黒く繊細なレースのコルセットがのぞいていた。脱ぐつもりはなかった――だが、こんなに長くここにいる予定もなかったのだ。
ベッドの上には、厚く重みのある革表紙の本が置かれていた。タイトルはなく、表紙にも何の印もない。
それは一般の目に触れてはならない知識で満たされた本。
彼女は今夜だけは開かないと、自分に誓っていた。
けれど――彼は、興味を抱いた。
彼は慎重に、そして敬意をもって問いを投げかけた。
軽々しく知識を欲しがる者ではない。
本当にそれを「知る資格のある者」だけが、そういう尋ね方をするのだ。
そして今、彼はベッドの端に静かに座り、彼女の許しを待つかのように手を膝の上で組んでいた。
まるで、存在してはならない図書館の扉を開く許可を待っているようだった。
「ねえ……」
彼女は振り向かずに、静かに言った。
「読まれるために書かれたわけじゃない物語もあるのよ。ただ――感じるためにあるの。」
沈黙。
そして、ベッドがわずかに軋む音。
彼女はようやく彼の方へと振り向いた。
その表情は読み取れず、冷静さと危うさの狭間にあった。
彼女は一歩近づいた。ゆっくりと。焦ることなく。
それは、何世紀もの知を背負いながら、今その一頁だけを誰かと分かち合う決意をした者の歩みだった。
「これをするのなら――」
彼女はそっとジャケットを落としながら、囁いた。
「……もう忘れることは許されないわ。」
外の光は、まだちらちらと揺れていた。
本は、開かれないままそこにあった。
だが、開かれようとしていたのは――公共の記録ではなかった。

So as always, Hololive characters are pure fire, the amount of passion and detail people put into just one design is crazy, and I love it sooo much.
I’m really happy with how she turned out in this set, and honestly, the story’s not that bad either.
