I’ve made a tough decision lately, but I think it’s necessary.
Over the past few days, I’ve improved my style and added several upgrades to my generation settings. These changes definitely enhance the overall quality and look of the images, but there’s one issue: they significantly increase generation time.
Today I was working on a Mega Set of about 160 images, and I realized it’s just not sustainable with my current setup. Unless I upgrade my hardware (which I plan to do once I’ve saved enough), it now takes an entire day to complete a Mega Set. That means I wouldn't be able to keep delivering one set per day like I’ve always done.
🔧 So, here’s what I’ve decided:
I’m going to reduce Mega Sets from 160 images to 100.
I know that’s a big change, but keep in mind, 100 images is still more than double a Special Set, and it allows me to maintain daily uploads without burning out. Once I upgrade my workstation, my goal is to return to bigger sizes, in fact, my long-term plan is to make 160 images the new minimum and go up to 300 for Mega Sets. To do that, I’ll need a much more powerful PC and better internet, which I aim to have after summer.
For now, though, keeping consistency is key, so cutting the Mega Set down to 100 is the best move.
Special Commissions will remain at 40 images, so no worries there!

Do you prefer larger sets, so you can dive deeper into your favorite character’s theme and variations?
Or do you enjoy smaller sets, since too many images at once might feel overwhelming?
Also, let me know in the comments what your ideal image count would be for both Special and Mega Sets.
Example: “For me, Special = 60, Mega = 120”

Understandable, it happens sometimes. Obviously, not every pose is the same; maybe they just have different facial expressions. But I’ll try to improve from that point!

2025-05-22 09:55:22 +0000 UTCThanks a lot, man, I really appreciate that you care! But don’t worry, I’m doing my best to keep everything balanced and healthy. My goal is to keep generating a good amount of images so you guys can really enjoy the sets, but at the same time I want to make sure the process stays sustainable and doesn’t lead to burnout. What I’m doing right now is mostly testing. If I ever feel like it’s too much or not working well for me, I won’t hesitate to let you all know and maybe reduce the size of the sets a bit , so no stress! About my final goal, I’m still not 100% sure if it’ll work, but once I upgrade my setup, I’ll run some tests to figure out the best image count that lets me keep posting daily while staying healthy and consistent.

2025-05-21 15:49:16 +0000 UTCI'm fine with whatever makes it easier for you to do your work. At the end of the day you're taking time out of your day to share your works with us. And I know time is valuable, so that alone is a good reason for you to make smaller sets.
