Nino invited him over, saying she wanted to talk, really talk, without distractions. They ended up laughing more than arguing, slipping into an ease that neither expected. Time passed, and before long, night had settled outside her windows.

Seeing the hour, she offered him the couch. He agreed.

But sometime deep into the night, she appeared again, quiet, barefoot, hair down. She woke him gently, sitting close. They talked in low voices, slower now, softer.

And then, without needing to say anything more, the silence between them shifted, not awkward, but charged, as the night continued quietly, far from sleep...

ニノは彼を家に招き入れ、邪魔されずに、本当にじっくりと話をしたいと言った。結局、言い争うよりも笑いが起こり、二人は予想もしなかったほど打ち解けた。時が経ち、やがて窓の外は夜になった。

時刻を見て、ニノは彼にソファを勧めた。彼は同意した。

しかし、夜も更けた頃、彼女は再び現れた。物静かで、裸足で、髪を下ろしていた。彼女は彼を優しく起こし、寄り添って座った。二人は低い声で、今度はよりゆっくりと、より優しく話した。

そして、それ以上何も言わなくても、二人の間の沈黙は変化した。気まずいものではなく、むしろ緊張感に満ちたものだった。夜は眠りからは程遠く、静かに過ぎていった…
