The summer heat clung to the air as Chika lounged in her living room, her laughter bright against the hum of the fan. Her friend watched her, the way sunlight danced in her hair, the way her voice bubbled with endless energy.

A pause. A breath held too long.

Then, quietly, the words slipped out, a confession wrapped in the warmth of the afternoon.

Chika’s smile softened. She reached over, fingers brushing against theirs, an unspoken answer.

No more words were needed. The couch dipped as they leaned into each other, the lazy afternoon wrapping around them like a promise...

夏の暑さが空気にまとわりつく中、チカはリビングルームでくつろぎ、扇風機の音に照らされて明るい笑い声を上げていた。友人はチカの髪に陽光が揺れる様子や、尽きることのないエネルギーがこもった声を見つめていた。

一瞬の沈黙。息を長く止めすぎた。

そして、静かに言葉が漏れ出た。午後の暖かさに包まれた告白だった。

チカの笑顔が和らいだ。彼女は手を伸ばし、相手の指に触れた。言葉には出さない返事だった。

もう言葉は必要なかった。二人が寄り添うとソファが沈み込み、のんびりとした午後が約束のように二人を包み込んだ。

How are you all doing? I’m so happy summer is almost here, can’t wait to get outside and touch some grass (well, metaphorically, since I’ve been buried in work lately 😂).

Unfortunately, my free time has been practically nonexistent due to service improvements, but thanks to your incredible support, I’m slowly hitting the quota to upgrade my workstation! This means faster production, more images, and, finally, a much-needed upgrade to my slow ahh internet 💀. Seriously, I couldn’t do this without you all.

I’d love your input! If you have suggestions for improving the sets (or spot any errors), I’m all ears. Your feedback helps me grow, and I’m always open to ideas. ☺️
