OK, so was this ESMC? This guy used one of their machines at least. But while Tatsumaki has that generic anime cuteness, I thought in her series her thing is that she got all the power, her sister got the looks, and Tatsumaki at best looked like a kid who's forever on the cusp of but not quite in puberty?
