I'm subscribed to a few Patreon artists who don't post directly to Patreon. They post their art to a Google drive that is privately shared with their Patrons. Might be worth creating a Discord server so everyone can stay "in the know" if your Fanbox gets deleted.

I guess I don't mind scrolling, and I never look at smut on my phone, PC only. So I've never had those issues. SubStar also lets you sub at the middle of the month, and the next fee isn't until a month from the sub date. I hate the Fantia/Fanbox/Patreon bill on the 1st model personally.

I won't claim to be the expert, but Patreon is known for playing politics and if they get it into their heads that your content has to be forbidden, they you're screwed.

I'll echo what people have said here and say Fantia/Subscribestar > Patreon just due to the fact Patreon is known to be pretty strict on what nsfw content is hosted.

There is no best option. Patreon is the nice but may end up booting you at some point. Subscribestar (probably) won’t boot you, but the site is a pain to use, at least on the supporter side. Fantia might be viable content-wise, but yeah, their site and email communications are not fully translated. If you don’t mind dual-posting, having two platforms might be the safest bet.

tbh fantia is a much better fit even though its a bit more tailored to the japanese audience. there is an english language option on it though, so it is not bad at all. patreon will most likely double down on you after a while since they say no to a lot of specific 18+ stuff (like i believe nudity is fine on their site but anything like straight up sex is definitely a no). i would say choose fantia in the end.

I think you should go to Fantia or Subscribestar than Patreon. Patreon had history of deleting some creators that making contents about rape and other non-consensual type of sex. Some creators I followed had to toned-down their hypnosis/mind control elements of their game to avoid that.

I am not familiar with fantia so i cant conment. I do know that a hypnosis game creator, cypresszeta, used to be setup there but ended up leaving due to patreon deeming the content "offensive." However, i see othet hypno/brainwash themed artists still functioning on there so i dont know of that was a specific thing with him or if it was a thing eith patreon. Overall, if patreon fits your mold better, id go with that

Creators like LoveDeath and Kiro both use Patreon, so I'd imagine most people who like this kind of content will have Patreon accounts already

I personally would much rather patreon as it's where I've already gotten my subs. US based I think is far more used to it than fantia.
