Tier Updates!

The changes are:
- Removed the Gold Tier;
- Renamed the Bronze and Silver Tiers:
- Removed the limit cap from them;
The Bronze tier is now called "The VIP" and the Silver Tier is now called "The BIG SHOT" (Was thinking about calling it VIP +, blame Deltarune Chapter 2 for this uwu);
- The Citizen only have the early access and voting perk, I've moved the 10% discount when buying comms to The VIP
- The VIP can make 1 sketch request per month, and has the 10% discount when buying comms;
- The BIG SHOT can make 1 sketch request per month, from 30% Discount when buying comms is now 25%, but it also has a bunch of perks;
