In actually many Asian countries the salmonella germ is not really a worry at all, home grown differently ensuring the chickens are healthier and dont contain any dangerous bacteria.

Idk about Korean eggs but in Japan their eggs are washed and selected to a routine & their chickens are healthier than what we have in American

I noticed you commented on the egg again and I just want to clarify that in some parts of the world it's safe to eat raw eggs, In Sweden (where I live) the eggs do not contain the salmonella germ that makes us sick. some recipes where I live even have raw eggs as part of the dish. Usually, carbonara has raw egg garnish (sometimes whole and sometimes just the yolk) so when you watched nct life the egg they had with the presentation was raw and that's safe to eat. 😊
DISCLAIMER! I do not know how the regulations are in other countries I can only say for certain how it is in Sweden and do not encourage eating raw eggs if you have not checked if it is safe to eat where you live!
