When he's sitting there waiting for the results of Hanseok's surgery he doesn't just feel scared for his life but also guilt and worry. Despite everything he still cares and Han-seo just doesn't know who he is without Han-seok.

The actual amount is 1 trillion and 50 billion won (not between 1 trillion and 50 billion). That is approximately 892 million US dollars (if I calculated it correctly). So a huge difference😂 And also to keep in mind is the difference in economy between counties. 100 dollars in one country might be little while in another it's a lot.
