[NEW] version of the King of Cups
Added 2022-11-22 00:11:49 +0000 UTCI'm in the editing phase of the Reclaimed Earth tarot and one of the cards that's had the biggest edit is the King of Cups. He's had the red filters replaced with blues to make it more water-element appropriate, and I've added a air of "advisors" to the floating throne platform.
Which do we like better, the old of the new? let me know your thoughts
(The pool boys also make a fun image on their own)

I like the blue filters better than the red. As much as I like the "advisors," they make the card feel a bit like the Hierophant. (Although, the King of Cups is usually my Significator, so who wouldn't want two hunky advisors!)

2022-11-27 21:47:17 +0000 UTCThe pool boys are lovely. I don't know if they add to the card or not, but I really do not like how they throw off the symmetry of the image. Maybe it would be better if one was coming up at each corner, and they were reaching towards each other. They also block the lovely work on the King's leg.
