I know its supposed to be a bday song but it gave me Christmas vibes 😂😂 Its probably cause I associate “wishlist” more with christmas than birthdays lol Way home did sound like a song that would fit in magic! At first listen, I wasn’t sure how I felt about it cause that synth was kind of disorienting?? Kind of like it was floating between notes/pitches (if that makes sense?) But im gonna keep it in my playlist and give it a few more listens (like what I did with ‘to the beat,’ I ended up really liking it haha)

2020-11-03 01:52:24 +0000 UTC30:28 Way Home is actually a pretty old song of theirs and they had recorded way before so, you right that it feels different from the other songs here. they initially did not intended to add it to this album and they were considering adding it to the previous one -eternity-but did not cause it did not fit there either. (So probably thought it’s better here than never cause they know ahead of time the themes they wish to visit in the future and maybe the future albums would vibe with it even Less than this album) This is a similar situation with another song Maze in the Mirror, the members wrote that song which was in their last album -that song was actually written by them while they were still just trainees however it did not fit with their debut album or magic so they had to wait more than 2 years from when it was made for it to be included somewhere that matches it theme (and that was a good idea cause no way it would have worked with the debut album) -same with another really old song they started writing as trainees as well but they released on weverse for moas to have access privately called Sweat instead of in an album. They mentioned that a lot of the stuff they made have not been included in anything yet ...however, luckily this album they have some of theirs that fit ....Taehyun and Soobin writing were included for Ghosting and Yeonjun and Kai and Taehyun have Wishlist. Beomgyu only had the last album to include his work for both writing and producing -MazeintheMirror but not this album -hopefully next album , ,,,we know how much this is important to him, as Moa.

White Day is a follow up to Valentine's Day, in which females give gifts to males. On White Day men thank the women who gave them gifts on Valentine's Day. White Day is held exactly one month after Valentine's Day on March 14, so their White Day was wasted.
