They promise to do whatever the writers ask them to do for a re-do of their ladder choice, so they ride it again and the new result will be their result. They have better chances now as there are less ladders remaining (since they’re using the same board). The wishes are usually things that are funny on camera/for the show but embarrassing for the ones doing them.
