Basically, At the end of SoTY speech, Seokjin politely suggested artists make good music in a legitimate way without cheating. Last year there were several cases of manipulation with melon chart and it was the same this year as well. One person who raised his voice against it got sued for talking about it so jin addressing that issue was a very brave move to show support.
