I can see in your very detailed drawing where they have already left marks on each other and while I don't understand what she says, they both should be tired at this point, hence my observation that the pink-haired girl should struggle to lift her, and her opponent would likely resist more, it's a fight or flight response.

Without input from the other wrestler, who would likely resist, the pink-haired girl would struggle to raise her opponent's body.
