Mod has 2 versions as you can see in the images long and short back part press the key '9' to change between versions

V2: SORRY forgot to add the short hair part of the mod (lol) now its inside the main folder, so just put the main folder in your mods folder

You can always have the long version taking out the hairMod folder from the mods folder that way the hair resets to the default ver
