Same rules as usual, no vote limits on this round. Vote an any character of interest and the top 25 characters will move onto round two. Previous two finalist characters will move onto round two automatically. First two characters of everyone's suggestions have priority and any other suggestions will be empty slot fillers if there is space.

Firstly, the current system works, no need to change it. But if people want to sometimes have more similar, themed choices, sometimes suggestions could only be for 90's anime, 200X's video game, fighting game character, scifi character or such.
