No, actually watch literally cannot do it legally. Dakota is still a minor and his legal guardian is in rehab. Professor Cross said so... now who didn't listen?

2025-05-09 03:39:33 +0000 UTCthey didn’t listen when the doctor said he didn’t finish his research.(just kinda annoying) Potentially all William has to do is leave the prison with phone. Go to printer. Print out Dakota’s scan. Jog the guys memory. Let him tell all of his ideas for how to proceed with Dakota. Bing bam zop. Or just go the legal route (not actually be lawyers. Investigate and get evidence to back up the doc. Have watch do legal. Isn’t it logical to let a doctor finish a procedure you stopped him from doing.

2025-01-08 06:25:59 +0000 UTCI dont know what happens since everything is already set in stone but I feel like the choice here is pretty simple. William's soul idea is literally perfect, pull some shenanigans, get the Dr out, have him fix Dakota, and LET HIM BE FREE because he didn't do anything WRONG. Why the hell is he in prison for life??? That's so fucking stupid.

2024-05-06 13:26:40 +0000 UTCI know this is way to late but I don’t see why Dakota doesn’t just wait until his birthday and gets the experiment done

2023-01-30 20:13:46 +0000 UTCIf Dakota gets demon powers from the chaos demon he would have to be called Chaos Cole I just fee like that would be a really cool hero name for him

2022-12-08 01:26:13 +0000 UTCThaddeus Shaw went from "I thought you were dead" and "If only I had my lab equipment so I could run some scans" to "You'll be paralyzed in two to three years" way too goddamn fast. He literally said he sat in his lab his entire life, he's not even a doctor. He's not qualified to be doing surgery, especially with his old, shaky hands. I'm even more sus because he clearly has near to nothing to lose. He very likely lied, or at least omitted information, while working with the Blake's or they wouldn't have consented. He knows he's going to be spending the rest of his life rotting in that cell, his life could hardly get much worse. I really do not trust him.

2022-12-07 12:28:40 +0000 UTCI personally don’t see why Dakota would make the decision in the next episode. Like canonically it makes sense that he would sit on it for a week two or perhaps even a month or so. One of my very few true criticisms of the show is that every now and then the characters will try to resolve something immediately when I feel that story beat would benefit from slower pacing. Right now it feels like Dakota would just be making a gamble and hoping that he doesn’t regret his decision. In my humble opinion, I think it would be cooler for Dakota to momentarily live life looking through this lense. I’d like to see him going through his day to day life of being a hero and interacting with the people around him whilst identifying what he truly values. I think giving him another episode or two to make a decision would be ideal. If needed, he could go through an entire mini arc/side quest in order to come to the decision. I think the only thing I would dislike seeing is a coin-flip decision where he just picks an option just to get past the dilemma. Otherwise I’ll be sure to enjoy however this plays out.

2022-12-07 07:27:38 +0000 UTCGrizz said that he often does things that disappoint the patrons, but to me personally, I've always admired the choices he's made. Dakota has made hard-headed decisions but it always adds to him as a person. I don't think he'll break the doc out, even if that means losing his powers, but I think he won't be able to find away around it (I know bizly contradicted what I'm saying at the beginning, but I think there's a way and DC can find it.)

2022-12-06 04:49:26 +0000 UTC^^^ yeah i was thinking the same thing, and even if he chooses not to go through w it, which idk whether I think he should or not, I think some advice from someone he looks up to would be really helpful.
2022-12-05 04:16:19 +0000 UTCHonestly if Dakota loses his powers I think he should be capped at a certain power level. If he's just a normal guy no amount of martial arts could defeat someone like Atlas again. It's just illogical

2022-12-05 02:04:56 +0000 UTCI have decided to shamelessly steal Le Frog’s character for my own MnM campaign but instead he’s called Le Croc and wears a lizard costume lmao

2022-12-04 18:02:28 +0000 UTCY’know I’m late here. But I like the idea of seeing Tide before the procedure. Tide is depowered, and seeing him be different in some ways but the same in others could really help Grizz/Dakota make the decision. With both adults in his life saying he’s always been special and seeing both his Aunt and Tide still being caring and essentially rebuilding by themselves is something that would resonate really well with Dakota. Tide would also have a insight on losing powers since he himself had to grapple with a part of him being taken away. Dakota would lose being crazy powerful, but seeing his father figure in a state of silent, comfortable acceptance sounds like a good driving force. Both Tide and Dakota run on heart, not strength.

2022-12-04 17:15:06 +0000 UTCI just want Grizzly to know that he has never disappointed me (cause he said he thinks he disappoints us). I have no idea what I would do in Dakota's situation but I'm sure whatever he chooses in the end, the story will be interesting

2022-12-03 06:48:13 +0000 UTCI think it would be cool if Dakota de-power if he learned how to use the demon in him
