2024-03-16 17:41:16 +0000 UTCRewatching this series, and I like the idea that Xavier is the main villain, I find it very interesting. He wants to do good but bad stuff still happens, and at some point the hero’s shut him down making him go full villain. As PD becomes bigger and stronger Superhero’s they’d have their counter part Xavier becoming a bigger and stronger supervillain. I think it fits well with him since X and his group don’t care about casualties. There’s also other ideas like Summer turning evil and William has to defeat her and it’s the dream Dakota had, or that and it’s summer killing William instead. Also when Bizly says “you’ve already met the main villain” he COULD be talking about them/us as players/viewers and NOT the characters. So it could be someone from the one shots, like maybe someone we just recently reunited with in season2 ep 29 👀 BUT THATS JUST A THEORY, A JUST ROLL WITH IT THEORY!

2023-03-31 17:01:29 +0000 UTCI really agree with Grizzly's take on Mark, honestly. Like, he's a shitty guy that made shitty choices in a twisted way of trying to "protect" his son, but I think his possible redemption is dependent entirely on what happens with Ashe and the Trickster. Deep down he really cares for Ashe, and I think losing him to the demon and the book will make him crumble entirely and just go full villain. His character is so intriguing to me, so I'm really excited to see where Bizly takes him nonetheless!

2023-02-03 07:09:21 +0000 UTCI honestly don't understand why so many people hate on Grizz about Mark. Mark's situation is understandable, he is dealing with loss in a terrible way. He does clearly care about his son, and maybe even the Prime Defenders. Which is why in the first season he acted so irrationally claiming he was "Protecting", them.

2023-01-31 20:26:30 +0000 UTCdude is Dakota face blind? Like, the whole thing with him not recognising Summer got me thinking It's probably something cool with his backstory because of what Grizzly said about knowing more when they see the doctor but... just imagine

2023-01-02 01:31:50 +0000 UTC"he sees dakota making it out the other side of this, whatever darkness it is, and pushing on, but i dont know if he sees himself doing that." okay Charlie Slimecicle, as if i hadnt sobbed enough on the episode because of dakota, now THIS? (bonus: grizz's response)

2022-12-30 01:16:31 +0000 UTCK I did not go into the Rolled expecting to realize that I was on the same page as Grizz about Mark - stunned me man. I think that if we're thinking about whether a person is "good" or "evil", you do have to consider both their ACTIONS and INTENT. Mark is a perfect example - the outcome of his actions were definitely bad, but his intentions were in the right place. I'd also say that right now I'd rather not see him be the BBEG as he is 100% set up to have a redemptive arc; however, BECAUSE he is so well set up for a redemption, it would be that much more tragic if he fails to become better and becomes a true villain, so I think that regardless of his ending, he is ultimately going to be an interesting character

2022-11-29 23:24:54 +0000 UTCmark apologist here. he is a redeemable character and also my babygirl but i also could totally see him crumbling further with the grief of losing his son to the demon that also killed his wife. like, if ashe ends up unsaveable, he could totally end up blaming the PD for it and going after them. he's got the strict moral code of 'not killing other people's kids', and if that moral code was corrupted with his silly little trauma? like, don't get me wrong, he might be genuinely my favorite npc ever, but i wouldn't be opposed to seeing final villain mark winters. i also am all for a wavelength redemption arc bc he deserves some goddamn happiness for once in his fucking life he's such a cool little guy the little man the blorbo

2022-11-22 17:09:32 +0000 UTCsurely the villain is none other than the ghost of dodgeboy who is actually the mastermind behind all of this. He was so upset that they named a library after him that he decided to take up a life of evil and try to kill everyone on prime out of shame and disgust

2022-11-21 10:13:22 +0000 UTCI have defended mark wavelength in the patreon comments before, but listening to the updated Grizzly take, like, i agree. He’s a bad man who made terrible choices. I understand how he got there, but it doesn’t make his choices okay or right. I just think he is still redeemable, and i think he loves his son even if he is a terrible, terrible father. I like his character a lot but i don’t think he’s a good guy. Also i loved the episodes they were incredible, Grizzly had great acting.
