Also just want to point out the amazing foreshadowing from the little flashback Hange has of Sannes (the former soldier she interrogated) from season 2, when he basically told her that taking someone down is a small victory as there will always be someone to take on the last person’s role! Plays a nice part in her internal conflicts about being Erwin’s successor for Commander. She has never been comfortable with the role and it is quite a torturous position.

2023-12-11 05:58:11 +0000 UTCLouise (the girl who had Mikasa’s scarf 🧣) I think annoyed Mikasa mainly because Lousie didn’t understand Mikasa at all. She saw Mikasa as this amazing strong warrior who is completely devoted to Eren and the Scouts but Mikasa only joined because she loved Eren and thats what he was doing. Now of course she is an amazing solider, Mikasa is literally amazing at anything she does but her motivations have always been to protect her family and if that meant going to war thats what she was going to do. Louise didn’t understand that, she only joined because she admired Mikasa and did anything she thought would make Mikasa proud when infact she did the opposite. Sad because Louise is going to die for the wrong reasons. We actually see Louise getting hit with an explosion from the thunderspears a few episodes back when they were clearing the pure Titans from the castle. Louise was too busy watching Mikasa kill Titans and Louise ran right into an explosion. Louise has a sad story, had there been different circumstances, it would’ve been cool to see Mikasa help and guide her and have the same kind of affect that Sasha had on Kiya. Yes Floch needs to die!!! The audacity of him to try and turn Jean into a mindless xenophobic Yagerist. We got a plan in motion all our Titan warriors + OG Scouts working together working on a common goal 👀. VERY INTERESTING I feel bad for Connie, it wasn’t fair what happened to his mom but it isn’t fair to take away Falco’s second chance either. Excited for the rest of the season
