Love how the writers created Nacho and Lalo off of a throw-away line in Breaking Bad. When Jesse and Walt tie Saul up and take him out into the desert early on... Saul: "It wasn't me, it was Ignacio (Nacho)! He's the one!" .... "Lalo didn't send you?!"
