Hey! When you go onto the page, it should have a button which says unlock with Patreon, and underneath that will be 'Already a qualifying Patreon member? Refresh to access this content'. If you click on refresh, it should pop up saying about accessing your public profile, allow that and then the whole site should refresh and you'll be able to see it
