(Shamonda) Reiner freaked me all the way out with his personalities. I surely wasn't expecting that, but it makes so much sense the more we watch. And now that we're so far into the season now and the plot has thickened... who is the enemy and where is "HOME?" My mind is spinning and I look forward to each episode. Thanks fam!!

Specifically the actors for Eren and Reiner, I loved listening to the dialogue. Reiner’s split personality definitely surprised me but it makes sense because he’s so deep in cover and simultaneously suffering massive guilt for all the pain and suffering that he caused that his mind had to split himself in two so he could function and remain in cover to survive. It also helped sell the things happening around them in the past episodes when crazy things were happening because he was in solider mode, he was having natural reactions in certain instances that helped sell the illusion he wasn’t a Titan but he really was. Bertolt and Annie have always been quiet and laid back, having less of a reaction considering they planned alot of things so he knew the outcome whereas Reiner was swapping back and forth so I thought it was brilliantly done on the creator’s part. Alot of the dialogue was beating around the bush, giving hints but not telling too much and I won’t elaborate cause the writers want you to have an idea but also be sort’ve lost like Eren is. Ymir knows more than she’s saying to Eren, but she doesn’t know everything which is why she is also in detective mode. Her wanting to save Christa is really just because she likes her. They have a close bond so Ymir wants to make sure Christa survives whatever comes next. As for who the real enemy is, that’s been the big question ever since Commander Erwin asked Eren that in season one. The information card on regeneration said “Those with the power to become Titans possess an inherent ability to regenerate. Their limbs can be dismembered and their internal organs destroyed, but as long as they survive, their bodies will regenerate back to normal given sufficient time.” Onwards towards the end of the season, I’m excited for everything that comes next 🔥
