2023-03-25 21:57:35 +0000 UTCHe never cooked really, but was one of Gus' henchmen. I say "really" because of the scene leading up to his death. Gus had Gale (the very...eccentric chemist) assisting Walt in the lab/learning Walt's formula (which Gus was planning to kill Walt and let Gale take over cooking entirely). Walt had Jesse kill Gale; Victor went to the scene of Gale's death, walking into Gale's apartment in front of witnesses. Ultimately it was Walt's play at having Gale killed, so that nobody else would know his formula besides himself (making his life valuable to Gus). But then Victor, who had been keeping an eye on Walt for Gus, started cooking a batch of meth, trying to demonstrate he had babysat Walt enough to be able to mimic his formula. Gus shows up at this point, and proceeds to kill Victor slashing his throat to shreds with the boxcutter. So, he never actually cooked for Gus...but he tried cooking a batch right before he was killed, lol.
