This one has so much stuff that just plays out over the whole series: Jack's daddy issues, Sayid the human lie detector, Ashtray reading a book, Kate & Claire, Charlie & Claire, and the introduction of the "Life & Death" theme. Just watching it in this music analysis can make me teary eyed, since it plays at so many emotional points in the show: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hz8L4zNLzD8&t=2s Just love when you intersperse your first-time watch reactions! I don't know how much work it is to do that, but I think it's great!!

2023-03-14 17:10:04 +0000 UTCI know it was a huge dramatic moment and Jack almost died, but the first time I saw it, when he rolled all the way down the hill and over the cliff, I couldn't help laughing. I kept thinking of Eddie Murphy and his Aunt Bunny joke (Oh Lawd I'm falling down the steps!), The Agony of Defeat guy from Wide World Of Sports also came to mind :-).
