This is probably my favorite episode of the show. First, it is so great that the show is taking the time to process the trauma of the occupation. So many other shows might have just moved on. Second, the show dove right into the messy complexities of the aftermath. The unsatisfying brew of imperfect justice, revenge, grief, healing - or perdition, that everyone must wade thru one way or the other. In the end you just have to find something to hang onto to process this trauma and hopefully find a way to move on. I love this episode so much because it doesn't look away from the pain, the despair, the grief. It treats it all with respect, while sidestepping the temptation of misery porn. These people have been thru something horrible and as Shamonda said, they're not gonna be ok for a while. Big thanks to the writers for understanding that.
