Not to be stereotypical, but, man the seasons to come are somehow even better. The appreciation for S1 kinda builds as you go in a weird way like some kind of feedback loop

If we look at LOST as an example from Lindelof (as the writer)... he shows you, right in front of your eyes (like a magician) but we're not sure of what we're seeing. We as the viewers don't have all the pieces to put it together. In LOST, he literally tells you... Dead is Dead. Whatever happened, happened. But we don't believe it or understand until the finale. * They have been showing us: the GR stealing photos, Patti arranging clothes in to numerous outfits on the floor, piles of 'bodies' in the middle of the road, Nora encountering a mannequin at her conference and dozens more. Patti, to Kevin: "We are living reminders of what you try so desperately to forget. And we are ready. And we are waiting. Because it's not gonna' be long now." __ * The Mayor, to Kevin: "You were right". Kevin to the Mayor (9 episodes prior): "People aren't ready to feel better, they're ready to fuckin explode". __ * Kevin's wish. Again, it isn't confirmed explicitly but there are nods and clues. Kevin just had a chat with Matt about how he wanted his family gone and how when he entered the school after the departure and reconnected with his kids that he experienced their relief/love to see he was still there. So his wish, at this point.... I want my family back. What does he do at the end? He walks up to the porch with Jill, the dog, Nora and a new born baby. The show is littered with so many beautiful details and just wanted to touch on a few of them to highlight them in case they were missed. It's the Lindelof playbook :)
