i admire being comfortable with confrontation. i think it's a skill and it needs to be done tactfully, but being uncomfortable with it leads to so many more issues in the end

I think men customers are only this annoying with women workers cuz they want to prove something about themselves and the women are trapped and have to smile and nod.
