Rise of the Void Herald

I thought it would be time to make another update and vote for my Patreon.

I have been trying my hands on a few additional stories besides Paths of Akashic over the last year, though due to POA being my main focus the progress has been quite slow as I already struggle to maintain my backlog. However, sometimes you can't think of how to progress a story smoothly or how to get to the story beads you have planned, which takes time. During those times, I found the occasional inspiration for different stories. The best one and furthest along is the Rise of the Void Herald or Herald of the Void. I am not sure which name I should go with yet.

The story follows Xarxes, a Voidspawn specter created by the Lord of the Void, Kháos. He is one of many newly created Voidspawn sent to infiltrate and orchestrate the downfall of the planet Velkyra. This is a LitRPG tale centered on a body-snatching monster navigating the challenges of facing the Heroes and Inhabitants of Velkyra—unwitting participants in a grand game of intrigue and war waged in the shadows between the Goddess Gaia and Kháos, as the void threatens to consume their world. Xarxes’s ultimate goal is to distinguish himself and achieve the rank of Void Herald, securing his continued existence rather than facing reabsorption upon the void’s inevitable consumption of Velkyra and its lesser gods.

I am considering putting the Story on both of my current tiers in equal measure and occasionally uploading a chapter. But how do you guys feel about this, and how would you like to see my other stories integrated into this Patreon? Do you wish for it to be separate? Or should I wait for it to be further along so I can regularly upload rather than sporadic surprise uploads? (This would take a significant amount of time.) Let me know in the comments!

I am also happy to announce that, due to some personal investments, I will be able to bring Book 2, The End of Trials, to audible sooner than expected. It is still in backlog since the narrators have to finish some other works first, and the cover art is also still in the process of being made, but I presume it will be more of a question of a few months before Book 2 can go live.
