That's a lovely suggestion! After we finish up our series of bonus episodes on "Lostalikes that actually became hits," we're thinking of doing one on "things on network TV that paved the way for Lost" and getting one really solid Stephen King miniseries in there would be great.

2024-04-27 19:12:14 +0000 UTCNice discussion. I'm not a Doctor Who fan, but I found the conceit of that season pretty engaging. Now as far as your discussion of Stephen King miniseries... I think my "Rose Red" is Storm of the Century. It isn't based on any pre-existing King work and it came out in 1999. Despite being released in the 90s, some of the plot elements remind me of Lost and this show. It also comes down to a moral dilemma as well. Highly recommend watching. (Unlike Rose Red).
