Alright, this one's finally starting to pick up a little. Chapter 47 has turned out to be fairly ambitious, even by my standards, which I guess is to be expected when you've got a foursome featuring three brand new-ish characters. I've got about 11,800 words down on this one, and even though that's a far cry from my estimated 25,000 words, it's still progress being made.
