Wim Loos was the finest rising star from the Netherlands in the car racing world by the time 1966 rolled around. Talent scout Rob Slotemaker himself found out about Loos early on and offered him a seat on his team. Turns out, Loos was quicker than the scout himself and often beat him to the checkered flag.
The pairing Loos/Slotemaker ended up dominating Dutch touring car races in 1966, tragically Loos died at the age of 21 after a crash at Spa the following year.
