1-2 Victory at SROL Riverside 200 Miles

Last night I participated in my first sim race this year, teaming up with fellow mod content creator NPanic in the SROL Riverside 200 Miles endurance race. Since we were quite late on the signup period, only a handful of cars were left available for us, NPanic suggesting we both take the Abarth's and go for a class win.
Thank god he said that because WE WON! In a near 2 hour long race, NPanic set an astonishing pace in his red Abarth, while I stuck around 2nd/3rd in class for a while. Sadly NPanic had rotten luck by being taken out multiple times, diminishing his lead and eventually granting me to take the lead in the class. Nate in his Porsche 911 still put up quite a fight but in the end, NPanic and I managed to take 1st and 2nd in the GT3.0 class. My first ever win in simracing.
It really is fun being able to also properly race the cars you've spent dozens of hours painting.
