One of my favourite paint schemes, the ever classy Neptune Racing Team colours.
In January 1965, Norm Beechey was the first to race the Ford Mustang in Australia, becoming that year's undisputed Touring Car Champion. Bob Jane also ran a Ford Mustang in April that year, but crashed out heavily. Later Mustangs used the same engine modifications as the Shelby GT350R, essentially becoming some of the fastest Group 2 Mustangs on the planet.
