I thought this was a phenomenal episode but maybe I’m biased because she’s my favorite character, and just like that she’s gone 😢 (for now). She’ll be back in the movies with Rick thankfully but we have no idea when those movies will ever come they still writing for them and we learned about these movies in 2018 when Rick left. Danai helped write Michonne’s exit and I thought it was perfect because there was literally no better way to send her off temporarily then to go find Rick and help her reunite her family. We knew she was leaving last year back in season 9 in Febuary of last year, so we’ve known this day was coming and she only returned for a limited run this season (5 episodes) like how Rick did in season 9. It was just so emotional seeing her last conversation with her kids for awhile and Judith giving Michonne her blessing to go find Rick because Judith knows Rick’s disappearance was something that ate at her, because they never found a body and her & Daryl never believed he was dead. She searched for him all the way up until Jocelyn betrayed her and as Danai described it, she had to prioritize the safety of her kids and community and that meant burying the search for Rick, atleast for her, Daryl didn’t stop until the Whisperers showed up. Last note, they confirmed that the group in the end is not the group Rick is in, they are something entirely new. Heath was also traded to the community Rick was traded too so Rick, Heath & Jadis are in the same community

2020-03-24 21:13:59 +0000 UTCIt was a good episode in my opinion. Not great, but good. I understand the looking at "what if" scenarios, but I hate that they used her last episode to do this. I would have loved to have seen her be sent off on her search by the entire family. I loved the talk she had with Judith and RJ. But I wish that Daryl, Carol, Aaron, Ezekiel, Gabriel and the rest of the family woul have been able to say goodbye to her. I loved the end when she was remembering when she first met Rick and Carl. And Ralph...I am total in agreement with you about Virgil. We have a saying... "worthless as a t**t on a boar hog." So anyway, you guys have a great week, love y'all bunches!
