I’m feeling a bit bleh today, fighting off some sort of illness which can’t decide if it’s gunna develop haha…I didn’t train but I did want to share something anyway 🔥
These two photos are almost a year apart, in one month it would be a year!
Although you have to proper zoom in and analyse what’s different to see progression, I feel like I’ve come quite far this year in the gym.
I look more lean right now, not sure if that’s good or bad for me…hard to tell haha, glutes have grown a little bit more and my upper seems “wider” too!
Most importantly though, for the bulk of it I remained consistent…never missing more than a week at a time.
This year has been really challenging in my personal life and if I didn’t have the gym and my routine surrounding that keeping me together I would’ve fallen apart.
So even when times were shiteeee I still showed up because I didn’t know what else to do ❤️

I hope you have a good week and are proud of what you have achieved this year…if you aren’t, don’t wait until the new year to hop on board with that self care and improvement…the faster you put yourself first, the faster your body and mind will thank you.
